Meet the Investors REO Team of Orlando and Miami Florida!
Freddie and Deborah Crespo started
Investors Real Estate LLC. in 2005 after nine years of building and growing other small Real Estate Businesses to successful
thriving companies. They purchased a brand new building in 2006 for the growing business. With very little overhead,
this model of Real Estate company will be here for a long time while other companies are shutting their doors during this
turbulent Real Estate market. Together they now are on their 10th year of marriage and third year of growing Investors Real
Estate LLC.
Deborah is in the accounts payable department and works along side our vendors.
Cheryl Roitman has been with Investors Real Estate since
its inception. She is Freddie Crespo's personal assistant and helps with the scheduling of BPO's and REO orders.
She makes sure that the vendor bids are processed and arrive in a timely manner. She also makes sure the weekly inspections
of properties are done and brochure boxes are full. She is also in contact with the Home Owner Associations to make sure
our clients do not get any violation letters for landscape deferred maintenance and that we quickly get into compliance after
receiving a new REO asset.
